Battle of the BURGer
March 1–31, 2026
From March 1 to 31, 2026, restaurants in Lunenburg, Mahone Bay, and Bridgewater will compete in a battle royale to win the Battle of the BURGer. Participating restaurants will concoct creative burgers and offer them on their menus throughout the month.
For every burger purchased, a minimum of $1 is donated to The Jennifer Collins Classic and, in turn, to recipients the Classic supports. You can vote for your favourite burger throughout the month. The winning burger, its creators, and the winning voter will be announced on our Facebook page in early April.

Calling all local restos! The Battle of the BURGer returns this March!
The Battle of the BURGer will run March 1-31, 2026. We're on the hunt for local restaurants—in Lunenburg, Bridgewater, Mahone Bay, and surrounding areas—to throw your hat in the ring and concoct a tasty entry.
Participating restaurants commit to running their unique burger through March and donating a minimum of $1 from every burger sold to The Jennifer Collins Classic.
Confirmation of participation is due by January 31, 2026. Learn more:
